- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in tech/innovation sectors
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and trend-tracking platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, reports, books)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
