As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts and develop proactive strategies that turn foresight into competitive advantage. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational evolution for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging markets
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario models for 2026+ business ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Design innovation pipelines and R&D prioritization strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development cycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Foresight Practitioners Network)
