Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and publish annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on long-term innovation priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Advose C-suite executives on emerging risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving markets
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into coherent narratives
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
