Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and translate findings into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities in emerging domains
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Futures School) strongly preferred
