As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, tech pioneers, and global think tanks to anticipate disruptions in AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum systems. You'll transform complex foresight into strategic blueprints that position our partners as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop evidence-based innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive teams
- Author trend reports and thought leadership publications for industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and R&D leaders
- Translate foresight into actionable product development and investment strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent methodology training
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
