As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market evolutions. Your insights will drive product development, investment decisions, and organizational resilience in an accelerating world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends across technology, economics, and social domains to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on future readiness
- Advise product teams on integrating foresight into roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech futures
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
