Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Conduct deep-dive research on AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and climate tech
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with cross-functional leadership teams
- Translate future insights into product innovation and market positioning strategies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Deliver compelling executive presentations on future risk/opportunity landscapes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)

- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
