- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Produce trend reports and white papers establishing thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities aligned with future horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators for early-warning signals
- Design innovation roadmaps for sustainable long-term growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-facing focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
