Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast industry impacts by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and growth
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future intelligence into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership content on future-of-work transformations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or technology ethics
- Experience with Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and backcasting techniques
