You'll develop long-term scenarios, build strategic frameworks, and lead cross-functional initiatives that position us at the forefront of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their impact on business ecosystems
- Develop 5-year strategic scenarios and roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead innovation workshops and foresight initiatives with internal/external stakeholders
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies and market readiness
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry speaking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
