Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and future scenarios
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused initiatives and investment opportunities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
