- Create executive-ready reports translating complex futures into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing into product development
- Present at industry conferences on next-generation strategic methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with cross-industry ecosystem analysis
