Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative future scenario models using predictive analytics and machine learning frameworks
- Design bespoke strategic roadmaps for clients in tech, healthcare, and sustainable energy sectors
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative frameworks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on paradigm shifts and adaptive business models
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, trend analysis, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend impact analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published author or speaker at global futures conferences (WFS, APF)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ foresight projects with measurable business impact
