Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026+ horizon
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for disruptive market shifts
- Advise executive team on organizational adaptation to future labor and market changes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Integrate ESG and sustainability principles into long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive leadership
