Responsibilities

- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough innovations with 5-10 year impact
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical technology adoption and regulatory compliance
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Produce trend reports and competitive intelligence for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Experience scaling innovation programs within enterprise environments
