Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Produce annual foresight reports identifying disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Advise executive leadership on long-term capital allocation and R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design organizational structures optimized for exponential change
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic risk assessment
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Futures Studies or similar preferred
