Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for 5-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and board-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects or strategic initiatives
