Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify and mitigate existential risks through strategic foresight protocols
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of successful trend analysis implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
