Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Lead quarterly innovation workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders across all business units
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors to identify emerging opportunities
- Design and implement AI-powered trend forecasting systems for real-time market intelligence
- Champion organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal education programs
- Manage cross-functional projects to prototype and validate future-focused business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and forecasting models
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
