- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and think tanks
- Advise product development teams on long-term innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
