Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact innovation workshops with global stakeholders to map future opportunities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and adjust strategy based on emerging signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with global trend forecasting methodologies
