Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging markets and industries
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight initiatives
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
