Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by synthesizing technological, social, and economic signals
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and market entry strategies
- Develop foresight frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish global innovation networks with academic and industry pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
