Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Build scenario-planning frameworks for global uncertainty, including climate migration and digital sovereignty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Author quarterly trend briefs for executive board and R&D teams
- Collaborate with policy advisors to shape industry standards for emerging tech governance
- Develop KPIs to track organizational preparedness for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on 2025+ technology/society intersections (whitepapers, books, or journals)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
