Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, space)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable impact
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu)
