Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and sociocultural patterns to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact scenario reports and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in decentralized systems and climate tech
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate future-focused startups
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Research or equivalent preferred
