Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Produce high-impact future-state reports for clients in quantum computing, bio-digital convergence, and climate tech
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, TED Talks, and World Economic Forum panels
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for 2026 pilot projects in sustainable urbanism and neural interfaces
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL on extraterrestrial development strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent from top-tier institution
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market shifts (minimum 3 case studies)
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking portfolio
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or equivalent industry journal
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
