Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for executive review
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-oriented initiatives and innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to anticipate disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
