Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive technologies
- Design resilience frameworks for climate adaptation and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational units
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals integration
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
