Responsibilities

- Present compelling foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Drive the integration of foresight capabilities across product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (articles, whitepapers)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
