Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product development and corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and impact assessment for emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impacts of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven track record of influencing corporate strategy through future-oriented analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario modeling, Delphi techniques, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurism work or strategic foresight projects
- Passion for shaping a sustainable and technologically advanced future
