Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive briefings on future workforce transformations and industry disruptions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness initiatives across R&D, product, and operations
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future trend analyses to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, weak signal analysis)
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration experience
