- Produce quarterly future-state impact assessments for key industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026 solutions
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership boards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
