Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market signals, and socio-cultural shifts to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating futuristic concepts into minimum viable products
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and disruptive startups
- Design and implement scenario planning models for high-impact future states
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor a dedicated team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
