Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging market disruptions
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress through proprietary analytics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products/services (3+ examples required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM, WFS) or advanced degree in future studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and sustainable development frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier tech media
