Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation priorities and R&D roadmaps
- Produce quarterly executive briefings on emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic disruptors
- Build quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven analytics to predict market evolution
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion a future-forward culture through internal thought leadership and speaking engagements
- Oversee the implementation of future-proofing initiatives across product development and operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting with proven 2020+ horizon planning
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, AI forecasting platforms)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers, conference talks)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful integration of foresight into business strategy
