Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 strategic vision for client portfolios using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive advantage mapping
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future workforce and industry evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
