- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and investors, securing buy-in for transformative initiatives
- Design scenarios for societal shifts (remote work evolution, climate adaptation) and advise on business resilience
- Oversee the integration of foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products/services that shaped industry paradigms (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
