Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for industry evolution post-2025
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and environmental disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state vision
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-facing product concepts
- Establish KPIs to track strategic foresight maturity and impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
