Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Lead executive workshops on scenario planning, risk mitigation, and innovation adoption strategies
- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Advise on organizational transformation for exponential growth and future resilience
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, reports)
