As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop frameworks that position us at the forefront of technological evolution. You'll analyze macro-trends, identify inflection points, and design scenarios that prepare our organization for the challenges and opportunities of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, incorporating AI, biotech, and climate tech disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast emerging paradigms
- Design resilience strategies for supply chain and workforce transformations
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on systemic change or disruptive innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
