Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futures research at enterprise level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategic journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-to-strategy translation projects
