- Build scenario models for disruptive market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members

- Oversee the creation of annual 'Future State' reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
