Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast macro-trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation for 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future insights into product roadmaps and market strategies
- Produce executive-level trend reports and strategic briefings with predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges and opportunities
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization expertise
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
