Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly future-state reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate solutions) and their market implications
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready products and services
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate future insights into executable business strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content positioning our company as the future's architect
- Maintain a dynamic '2026 Technology Radar' monitoring disruptive vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic impacts
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into organizational roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Ability to synthesize diverse data sources into coherent future narratives
