Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global foresight framework, identifying emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and executive teams
- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Design scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable infrastructure
- Present visionary roadmaps at Davos-level summits and industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary Horizon Methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 firms
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of converting futuristic concepts into commercial IP
- Fluency in at least two languages with global cultural intelligence
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or equivalent foresight methodology
