Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Design and pilot innovation labs for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports and thought leadership content
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and futurist think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech innovation domains
