Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead immersive innovation workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent training preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
