Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal analysis
- Lead client engagements to translate future visions into actionable roadmaps for AI governance, climate resilience, and neurotech integration
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Manage a global network of trend spotters and academic collaborators across MIT, Singularity University, and WHO
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops using VR scenario simulations and participatory backcasting
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with quantifiable impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with demonstrable 5-year horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP-VR, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Futurist Platform, Trend Hunter API, Palantir Foundry)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-vision implementations
