- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive modeling for 3-5 year horizons
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability, geopolitical shifts, and demographic changes
- Present strategic insights to board members and investors with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive analytics for long-term horizons
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, climate tech) and societal disruptors
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, or related field (CFRP or CFP preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology impacts
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across global markets
